Day 26 has knocked Danity Kane off of their high horse when their debut self-title album debuted at number one. The album moved 190,000 units in it's first week of sale, according to Nielsen SoundScan, a marked decline from Danity Kane's 236,000-copy start last week. Day26 is the first new male group to open at No. 1 since 2001, when D12 bowed on top with "Devil's Night." It's also the highest bow for a debut album by a group since Danity Kane's debut release. Congrats to the group and the whole Bad Boy fam. I know Diddy is eating this up (too bad he not sharing with nan one of them bands, smh)
