More Pics From Aubrey's J'ADORE Spread

Here are more pic's from Aubrey O'Day's J'ADORE magazine cover story. Enjoy:

Stay fab :)

Ashanti Covers JET

Ashanti is on the newest edition of JET magazine... call me crazy but this picture looks awfully familiar. Hmmm, are we circulating the same publicity pics?

Usher Covers VIBE

I was expecting this to surface any day now being that they shot his cover story on the streets of Harlem back in April, causing a frenzy. Usher is on the July issue of VIBE and I am just waiting for it to land in my mailbox to see how much more defending he is going to be doing for (my girl by the way) Tameka Raymond.

Look Who's Getting Covers

None other than Aubrey O'Day:

She is covering the new issue of J'ADORE magazine

The pictures are fabulous by the way.... she is killing the whole glam prom look, the Heatherette dresses are dope!

Now ya already know that Aubrey is my girl and I'm glad she is stepping to the front and getting her shine because she seems like the only girl in Danity Kane with that "it" factor that Diddy so desperately wants them to have. Dawn is another one who has potential to get her own shine.

Tyra Covers New York Times Magazine

Entertainment Mogul Tyra Banks is covering the new issue of New York Times Magazine. In this issue they are comparing her to Oprah and Martha Stewart:

Tyra is definitely doing her thing and I wish her the best in all her endeavours. She is truly a phenomenal woman. (She looks fab by the way)

Usher Covers Entertainment Weekly

The sexiness that is Usher is on the cover of May's Entertainment Weekly. In the magazine he addresses a couple of things, including how he felt about his mother's decision to not attend his wedding:

“My mother made a decision not to come to my wedding because she didn’t really agree with my decision,” he explains, declining to specify whether she disagreed with his choice of wife or his decision to fire her. ”I don’t know why,” he offers simply. ”She’s never told me and I’ve never asked her….It hurt me very much not to see her there ’cause I would’ve liked for her to be there, not to mention that I paid so much money for her to be accommodated and her behind didn’t show up. [Laughs] But just as she’s made stands, so have I.”

I hope all is well in the Raymond house hold.

Speaking of the Raymond house hold, Usher's manager, Benny Medina, just released a statement regarding the seperation rumors:

‘Usher and Tameka are currently traveling in Europe together as a family on his promotional tour,’ Benny Medina [said]. ‘This rumor is completely false.’ Not to mention, Tameka—who’s also the mother of 6-month-old Usher Raymond V—was spotted with her hubby of nearly nine months at an MTV taping on Sunday.”

I hope all is well, seriously, I like those two despite what any one else has to say about her. She's not America's Next Top Model, she's not a MILF and she's not the slimmest thing in a swimsuit but she's his wife and he loves her! She has flaws... just like me and just like you and for a man to look past all that and love you for you despit of that is something to admire. Go 'head Ursher!

Untitled

The hottest chic in the (video) game has landed a KING cover. Dollicia Bryan, who has been romantically linked to Bow Wow and Jamie Foxx is on the July issue of KING. I ain't gay, but this chic is bad!

In other Men's Magazine news, Flavor Of Love cast-off Shay "Buckeey" Johnson is on the pages of Smooth sharing her goods with every black man that likes to beat his meat:

Seriously, after watching Charm School and seeing how Mo'Nique was putting a foot in that ass, I really thought "damn, this chic isn't so bad after all" but I guess when the lights go out in reality T.V. world, the checks gotta keep coming somehow.

The sad part about all of this is that these are the same covers the "Queen of Miami" Trina be on. KING, Black Men, Smooth... all these men's magazine's that video chic's and ex-reality T.V. stars be on. What ever happened to the REAL magazines?? Damn Trina.... magazine's like this are desgined to give the girl an extra push-- the push you had when the ink dried on your contract and your video's started getting love on 106 & Park!

What Is This World Coming To?

The ladies of MTV's The Hill (Lauren, Whitney, Audrina and Heidi) is covering the current Rolling Stone's issue. Is this for real? I love the show don't get me wrong but I feel reality TV stars and socialites don't belong on the same cover as Jay-Z, Beyonce, Alicia Keys and Rihanna grace. Like what is the world coming to? SMH.... OMG.... WTF.... all these emotions and so little time

M.I.A. on XXL

So I guess the last time we would ever hear the South referred to as "the segregated south" was back in THOSE days. The music industry heavy-weights are forming a unified front down there and they are covering the July issue of XXL. Trina, DJ Khaled, Flo-Rida and Ricky Ross are all on the cover and of course they put the Boss up front.

I love this whole unity thing the south has going on... maybe my city (New York) should give it a try

Make sure you pick up and issue and see what their saying... I'll be sure to get quotes soon

Crazy chic Naomi Campbell garces the pages of the June issue of i-D magazine:

I can't front she looks pretty damn fab!

Chris Brown's EBONY Spread

Chris Brown covers the June issue of EBONY magazine trying to be grown and sexy:

The pics are cute-- not sexy but cute. Chris, sweetie, it's going to take more facial hair and body mass for grown women who are no longer going through puberty to look at you and say "Damn!"

Aaliyah Still Lives On

Fader magazine is remembering the iconic Aailyah, who left us way before her time check out the pics and excerpts from celebrity friends:

Missy Elliott

“We was gonna save the world. We was gonna change music every chance we got. We was gonna always be family. Forever.”

Mark Ronson

“If it wasn’t for Aaliyah being the face and voice of [Missy Elliott and Timbaland’s] sound they might have never got to where they did. They were presenting their sort of brilliant but challenging breakthrough music through this beautiful young girl who could sing it perfectly.”

Kidada Jones

“I think about her all the time…Anytime she’s brought up or her music comes on the radio, it’s sweet, but it definitely sounds like she found a niche before it was here. If you listen to her music it’s so relevant today, but we had it so long ago.”

Damon Dash

“She was already a fashion icon, she was getting into movies, she had already planted that seed. If she was alive today she would be so relevant. I see little bits of her everywhere I look, in a lot of artists.”

Jomo Hankerson

“I think a lot of that mysteriousness they talk about was just what she was. She seemed like she came here already grown up, from the beginning.”

I'm just glad we got her for the short time we did... R.I.P. baby girl

Estelle Gets Her Shine On & First Cover

Estelle covers bleu magazine and looks quite eccentric and fly while doing so:

Here's what she says about the Lauryn Hill comparisons:

"I think they compare me to her (Lauryn Hill) because I'm dark-skinned and I sing and rap. But, if they're saying the music is just as great, then compare me all day because I'll be really happy about that."

It's okay hun, accept the comparison's because the things we'll do and give for Ms. Hill right now.

She was also recently spotted wearing braces at an event, I see her label put their foot down.

US Weeskly Covers Beyonce (Cause It Ain't The Other Way Around)

So US Weekly has featured Beyonce as the cover story for the issue that is on stands now and promises to dish on the details of the secret wedding. Amy Vongpitaka of Amy's Orchid's comments on the orders made for the most anticipated wedding of any celeb couple: "It made the apartment like a heaven, like a palace,” says Vongpitaka, owner of NYC’s Amy’s Orchids. “You walked in, and it was all flowers — everything white and creamy.” In the new issue, Us Weekly reports on the singer’s two dresses, what their first dance song was, the celebrity guests and just how tall the wedding cake was (hint: 5-foot-8!). Vongpitaka says she only had “one week’s notice” that they were tying the knot and that the 750 pounds of flowers arrived three days before they said “I Do!” in front of Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams and Beyoncé’s sister, Solange. The couple also ordered many foot-long garlands to drape around the $8 million, 9,000-square-foot apartment. “Beyonce requested the specific look of the bloom,” Vongpitaka says. The day before the wedding, “I heard Beyoncé was thrilled,” Vongpitaka says. “I know she’s so happy with this wedding.” For more on Beyoncé’s dream wedding, pick up the new issue of Us Weekly, on newsstands now.

Weezy Covers VIBE

Lil Wayne is covering this month's issue of VIBE, in the issue he speaks about his addiction to syrup, his lifestyle, his music, the legacy he wants to leave, life & death, and gaining respect as an artist. Pick up this month's issue to get the full story on the (second) best rapper alive... The dude can rap but he sounds like an IDIOT, I can't take it anymore, seriously I can't.
