Beyonce Confirms Wedding

Beyonce has gone on record to kinda confirm her wedding to long-time lover boy Jay-Z:

I don’t deny it (the wedding). I just don’t talk about it. We’ve never talked about us and it’s kind of protected our relationship. I think it’s kept us out of tabloid drama. A lot of actresses that have had successful relationships don’t talk about them, so neither do I.

Nick & Mariah Got Another 6 Weeks

Newlyweds Nick & Mariah Carey-Cannon are set to get married again, but this time the ceremony will be BIGGER. It will be held in 6 weeks out here in New York and there will be 2, 000 guests (crazy chic Naomi Campbell is said to be on the guest list), 14 bridesmaid and a $4 million budget. In a recent interview with Ellen DeGeneres Mariah said their would be another wedding but then went on to say it won't be until next year. I guess she just can't wait! Can't wait for the pictures from this wedding. 2, 000 really? I wonder if I could get on the guest list

Damn Ma... That Sucks!

Remy Ma was sentenced to 8 years in prison today by a Manhattan Supreme Court Judge for shooting her (ex) friend Makeda Barnes-Joseph after the two argued over money after leaving a party.

Her planned wedding to Papoose yesterday was also cancelled. Here's the story:

“A wedding was scheduled today and a visitor to that wedding service was found to be in possession of jail contraband so the wedding was canceled. The key that was found today easily opened handcuffs that we and other law enforcement officials use. Now the 29-year-old Brooklyn-born Papoose - real name Shamele Mackie - won’t be able to see his fiancée until November.
The visitor was sanctioned by not being able to visit Rikers Island again for six months.He was asked to leave. Papoose was not charged after he voluntarily surrendered the key to authorities. He was quickly ushered out of the jail and never got to enter the prison island’s Rose M. Singer chapel in which the two were set to say their “I do’s.”

Damn... just, damn!

Jay-Z & Beyonce Wedding Pics Coming Soon?

So Word has it, Beyonce and Jay-Z are negotiating an exclusive deal for the wedding photos — which will more than likely end up in OK!, People or Us Weekly. The expected big-bucks payoff will be donated to both Darfur relief and an inner-city New York kids sports program long supported by Jay-Z.
I don't believe this (yet) being that B and Jay have been known for being on the super low with their's but I'll believe it when I see it.... stay tuned.

According to People's magazine Jay-Z and Beyonce getting married is NOT a rumor (as if we couldn't tell) Here's the report from People: "After years of speculation, singer Beyoncé Knowles wed her longtime boyfriend, rapper Jay-Z, on Friday, a friend of the couple tells PEOPLE.

Though there is no official confirmation, the friend says, "It happened earlier this evening. Jay wanted it to be a really private affair – close friends and family."

The ceremony was followed by a lavish party at the rapper's Tribeca apartment that drew Beyoncé's mother Tina Knowles, her father/manager Mathew, her sister Solange, her Destiny's Child mates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, and the couple's friend Gwyneth Paltrow.

The wedding buzz began when the couple went to get a marriage license at a village hall in Scarsdale, N.Y., on Tuesday.

DJ Cassidy, a favorite of Jay-Z, was hired to spin. "Cassidy mentioned a week ago that he was really excited for the Jay Z and Beyoncé's wedding party to happen," says the friend.

Early Friday morning, workers erected a white tent atop the building in Tribeca, where Jay-Z owns a penthouse apartment. Not long after, an SUV carrying what seemed to be AV equipment arrived, followed by deliveries of party rentals and flowers.

A source tells PEOPLE that Amy's Orchids was hired to provide 50,000 to 60,000 white orchid blooms from Thailand for a "big party." At the apartment, waiters were seen practicing their service."

These exclusive pics just surfaced the web. These are the flowers that arrived to Jay-Z's New York apartment, the tent on the roof of the building where the wedding will be taking place and Beyonce's mom Tina Creole Knowles arriving at his building in Tribeca, funnyhow she's there... hmmm. "It's happening tonight," says a source. "A lot of their friends are booking hotel rooms." 5 SUV's left the jigga man's apartment to pick up family and friends of the pairs. While unreliable sources said the pair was suppose to wed 3pm this evening, the wedding will be taking place tonight. Their is a paparazzi frenzi outside of the building capturing every arrival, guest and raindrop.
Clues: Jay-Z hopped a flight to New York this morning after performing in Boston for his "Heart of The City" Tour (there is no show in NY tonight)
Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams were giggling on a YouTube video about "sisters getting together"
and if the pictures and clues weren't enough.... "It's about time," says producer Dallas Austin. "I think it's great that they're getting married."
