kanYe's Back At It

So after further consideration and the much talked about "Flashing Lights" video, kanYe West has released his 3rd video:


I really love kanYe for taking it where no other artist in no other genre of music takes it. He's not so "record label programmed", although I don't think that's an option with 'Ye over there at Roc-A-Fella.

kanYe West "Flashing Lights"- Again

I guess at some point kanYe West actually sat down and watched the Flashing Lights video and decided to do a second version:

To be honest I really like it and not to mention kanYe is the only person in hip hop that is taking risks with his music, image, videos and any thing else that would factor in your success

What?!?!

I know alot of folks probably wouldn't be surprised but DAMN IT I am! I really thought Usher and his wife, Tameka Foster, of only 9 months would last but I guess not.
Sources in the singer's camp say Usher filed for seperation 3 weeks ago and is still pondering on whether or not he will make an official PSA about his split. The reason behind the split is still a little fuzzy, but damn. I really thought they would last after all the defending he has been doing and how open he seems to be when he's around her.

Time will tell and drama will unfold

She looks real good... I love her new look and sound. I guess these industry vets are taking notes from the newbies, changing your look and sound at the same time equals success (hence Rihanna) Do your thing and stay fab!

The 16-year old Protegee of Jay-Z, Karina Pasian, has released her video for debut single 16 at war. I really like the song and the video captures the lyrics quite well:



This girl is really talented and before she landed her 7-figure deal with Def Jam, it was Bad Boy, Columbia and every other label known to man kind that was fighting over her.... let's just hope she does better than Tiffany Evans her first week of sales.

Let me say, I have the album and I LOVE LOVE LOVE that song and personally I can't wait for the video. It is said that it will premiere on 106 & Park on April 23rd, but it's actually going to premiere here first.... stay tuned and stay fab :)
